In addition to psychotherapy, I also perform stand up and improvisastional comedy. I have found and studies have shown that humor can have positive results for our health and help releive depression.
Humor does not mean that we ignore painful feelings but it gives us an opportunity to transcend the experience. There is a time to laugh and a time to cry.
I offer two programs
- General track -- geared toward non-performers who desire to add humor to their everyday life.
- Performer track -- geared toward performers who desire to not only add humor to their life but to develop a stand up routine, one person show, or comic creative endeavor.
